3. Practice Presentation

before practice presentation i was thinking that if we are not getting a grade then why are we doing this. but after presentation i realised that it is the best way to increase squad harmony for the final presentation. it is like exhibition matches football teams play before season starts. practice presentation helped me to learn about my friends skills and showed our weaknessess. now i know the things we might practice more for the final presentation. also i know our practice presentation was a little short. but the questions&answers part passed quite well and useful. by the way if i did anything disrespectful to my friends during their presentations i am sorry...

2. Reality Hell

i was watching television and found a new reality show called reality hell. it is really strange because it is like punk'd in a reality show. the concept of the show is they choose a victim and tell that person he/she will live in a house with 19 more competitors. Everything looks very normal but the funny part is other 19 people are actors who will try to drive the victim crazy. they always fight with each other, breaks glasses,plates or lamps etc. they do everything to make that house looks like hell :D it is really fun to watch. if u have digiturk its on E! Entertainment channel.

1. eng 101 so far

i have taken this course before so i knew a lot of things about the things we suppose to do. however the main subjects of this course was different in previous years. i can say media&gender are new to me.unlike previous years i am regularly attending the lessons and i realized it is not a boring course.

so far in eng 101 course this semester,

I) i have learned a lot about APA format writing, especially how to write quotations and citations in academic essays.

II) also i have read some short stories and essays about media & gender. in my opinion ''the enormous radio'' was the best one.

III) we talked a lot about reality shows and questioned how they effect society.

IV) another thing i have learned is blogging :)) i've never thought that someday i write something on a blog...
